Installing a .sh file on ubuntu

First you need to make the file executable:
by right clicking on the file->properties->enable executing the file as program using the check on the properties window
or cd to the file location n then chmod +x  file_name.sh
after this
double click on the file and then click on run
n/b:avoid using run in terminal
